Elle constitue \u00e9galement un tr\u00e8s bon moyen de limiter les surchauffes estivales en \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 condition de choisir un isolant adapt\u00e9. Mais encore faut-il que la mise en \u0153uvre soit de qualit\u00e9 pour atteindre les performances escompt\u00e9es.<\/p><p>1\u00a0\u2013 \u00c9cran sous toiture<br \/>2\u00a0\u2013 Isolant\u00a0<br \/>3\u00a0\u2013 Frein-vapeur\u00a0<br \/>4\u00a0\u2013 Rev\u00eatement<\/p><p><strong>Les types d&rsquo;isolants<\/strong><br \/>Les isolants de type polystyr\u00e8ne ou polyur\u00e9thane sont performants en hiver, mais apportent peu de protection en \u00e9t\u00e9. La laine min\u00e9rale est un isolant r\u00e9pandu pour son prix bon march\u00e9. Le plus connu \u00e9tant la laine de verre pr\u00e9sente une densit\u00e9 faible proposant des efficacit\u00e9s similaires au polystyr\u00e8ne.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ouate de cellulose est un isolant poss\u00e9dant une forte capacit\u00e9 thermique. Elle sera efficace en hiver comme en \u00e9t\u00e9. Son co\u00fbt reste toutefois l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieur, mais abordable.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que co\u00fbteuse, la laine de bois offre une meilleure caract\u00e9ristique thermique. Sa conductivit\u00e9 thermique permet de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9paisseur \u00e0 appliquer pour une r\u00e9sistance thermique
